We believe that the installation of a good system cannot be completed at the sale: the installation, configuration and operation are of key importance to maintain a stable, well functioning system. That is why we created our certified engineer program (CUE, Certified UniAlarm Engineer) aimed to create a local specialized expertise in different parts of the world, which might bring certain solutions for the users and for our partners a way to build a successful business. The point of the CUE, in cooperation of our engineers is to pass our knowledge base to our partners, who in turn will be able to provide the users or the newly joined customers of the UniAlarm system with manufacturer-level technical services. This way the design, installation and operation will be performed in a competent way. Why is it worth for you to take the certified engineer exam?
What are the expectations from the qualified engineer?
